Did you pay up front by Credit Card if so you could try the card company as they have a joint liability, if it was a debit card don't think you have much chance. could issue a small claims against Redten but I think that would just be throwing more money away as they don't seem to be defending the cases or paying up.

Yep by credit card..wasnt sure if there was a case as I havent felt the effects of being capped yet. I'll try a few more downloads.

Doesn't matter, you got slammed, and they changed the terms of service, clearly a breach of contract. worth calling them to find out your position

I think this has to be something of a record, for slowness, I am not bothered though as they can only screw me for a few more days, and as I used to be a very good customer of Savastore I am afraid the Jessa empire is going to lose a lot of money, I am sure he will not miss it too much as there are loads of other mugs out there, but I for one will not be putting them on any recommend list
