Same situation as myself i just mass emailed everyone twice a day until someone eventually replied and i got my MAC i included Redten/NJP all the email address i got from this site

incidentally i missed a call from Ofcom yesterday as I was at work, Mrs Gnipper asked them to call back after 6pm - I think it was a satisfaction survey.... hope they call back, ill tell em how satisfied i am. LOL
