If you guys and gals do feel seriously aggrieved at the way you have been treated then the only way to progress matters is through legal channels. They have to respond to such (and they dont to letters, emails faxes etc.) and this should bring matters to a swift conclusion.

Unfortunately the online claim website is down and has been for nearly a week, but im sure you can action matters by downloading the forms etc.

Hi everyone,

Following on from my lodging a claim at sheriff court and FSO, Clode have offered a settlement which I have accepted.

The terms of settlement are account closed and cleared from March 2008.

There is no further obligation owed by me to redten, or any of the Clode Companies and all prior agreements are ended and accounts closed.

I have been refunded the monies I paid since March 2008.

The PC etc. remains with me.

I have not been the subject of any confidentiality clause.

I regard the settlement as a fair one; the PC being compensation for costs of lodging a claim.

Clode have been honourable once pushed by court claim. Settlement letter includes the guarantees I asked for and the cheque is banked.

I suspect all who have pushed for release or lodged a claim at court will be offered similar.

Had they decided to defend my claim on the basis of Clode Funding, I would have added the additional defender and continued the claim.
As it is, this is the proposal I made to Clode in April 2008, therefore it would have been churlish not to accept it. My claim was specifically to Clode as redten closed my account when they gave me my mac code.
My primary aim was to have the finance agreement cancelled.

I am happy to help others who have yet to have their claim addressed by Clode though I do not think this will be long.

after all whats in a name....Deadten.co.uk is a completely separate legal entity to Deadten.com, please check your agreement carefully.
Deadten.co.uk is a 'sister' company to deadten.com
deadten.co.uk handles updates to the world as a service agreement to the owner of deadten.com

This is a common arrangement, however it is clear from the gagging clause that the agreement has not been broken.
I am unable to obligation to point this out, but felt F***** You Clode

I've waited like a fool for the alleged 'announcement' by Clown

I've sent all the letters out and spent ages tying to obtain a MAC from this bunch of buffoons. I've reported all these idiots to all the toothless agencies that are supposed to be here to protect us normal working citizens from been ripped off by these unscrupulous traders, trading outside of the law

I'm been restricted using my 'unlimited' connection by some company aka NJP I'd never even heard of before March, let alone actually purchasing any of their !!!!!! services directly.

I like many other have just had enough now and as soon as I can lodge papers to make these muppets defend their illegal and unjust actions, I will do.
It's obvious that they will try anything to prevent our cases from actually getting to court as the last thing they want is to actually lose a case, which will open the flood gates wide for all and cost them BIG!

I am waiting for money claim website to open again to lodge my claim. Guys, as I understand I claim my account balance + 3 months so far and if I win I just use these money to pay off the same balance and close the account with clode?

Small claims court claims are very expensive to defend which is why I think Clode are paying up, it will cost them more to defend than to pay out.

I paid too much to escape I think, but the thought of another month or so pratting about with these gentlemen of dubious parentage, was just not worth it too me, I want rid once and for all, and I can assure you there is no way on Gods earth that I will ever touch or recommend any company with affiliations to Redten/Savastore/ Clode/NJP or Murphx, in fact it is almost tempting to start a forum for the poor suckers in NJP, as their service sucks, but at least they do answer their phones.
