I have put it up to 2 emails a day just to p*.**-- them off0

If it is of interest to current Redten customers, I as a Fast4 customer (still - come on Be/02, please enable my exchange - it's been three months since you first promised!) can still access my broadband usage through the NJP secure members console. Must be something unique to Redten users. Though I can imagine that if NJP/Murphx allow Redten customers to go back to a unlimited service, the remaining former unlimited customers on Fast4 will riot if they remain on a 15GB allowance.
Yes there are several posts about that some think it means back to unlimited but who knowsbobby_fudge wrote: »has anyone else noticed that the download counter has gone from the members area on NJP site??
I couldn't care less, as soon as Be/O2 enable my exchange, my MAC is being requested and I am outta there!0 -
Just emailed Nick Davies about the whisper of an announcement that he eluded to last week, apparently they hope to make an announcement early next week.
Also confirmed that they filed their defense today, haven't seen it yet but guess it will be along the line of nothing to do with us, the agreement is with Clode Funding Limited.

Hiya all,
Just found something on OFCOMs website to add into the mix for everyone, especially to add weight and credibility to customers complaints and/or Pending Court cases.
Have a nose at OFCOMs Broadband report 2nd April 2007
http://www.ofcom.org.uk/research/cm/broadband_rpt/broadband_rpt.pdf
A quote taken from page 19 of this report
"In addition to price discounts, ISPs are looking for other ways to attract and retain customers, for example by including free equipment as part of the broadband package. At the time of writing, several ISPs including AOL and Orange offered wireless routers free of charge with some of their broadband packages. Another example is Redten Internet’s offer of a free PC worth £500 for customers signing up to its 8Mbit/s broadband package for three years."
I can't recall this been mentioned on here before but if it has then I missed it but still good info for everyone.
Here's hoping a precedent is set in the courts to free us all from this misery :T

My connection dropped for a while just now. Why is it my heart sinks everytime that happens?Beware the character seeking personal gain masquerading as a moral crusader.

I don't think I could cope with 2 weeks of dial-up again! I'd rather have my toe nails pulled out with pliers!
