And his number is listed on directory enquiries.
I have tried to contact Nick on several occasions to no avail, I even asked Louise if she could get him to call me and I was told I was not able to speak with him directly. and could only do so once the issues of connection etc are sorted and i still have a complaint0 -
Hi, I'v been watching this forum for the past few months and I had to post, I sent an email to deadten 21st March complaining walled garden. I stated that due to what was written on the walled garden I requested a mac from the bt wholesale page. Luckly I managed to get a working mac code fand swapped straight over to Sky:j . I got the letter from NJP stating wen I was to be transfered and phone them and told them to stick it as I had signed to Sky. They were ok with it and cancelled the swap. Finally today I recieved the email below:

Try the sign up page -
enter your phone number and you get error message asking you "What keys you pressed" -
Just fill in the box with whatever you like and you get a very polite "Thank you" and an error number which increments by 1 each time you do it.
Its great for relieving your frustrations and you get thanked each time you do it!0 -
Hi again way back in March at the time we were press-ganged to NJP I warned on forum that my Debit card was fraudulently used at the time the details were illegally transferred to NJP (they were only given to pay deposit and should not have been retained)
Well ongoing investigations show it involved some one in Cardiff
ring any bells ???
Further I had mail today from Redten customer care !! to say they had removed such details from the site they are however still there in my control panel
No surprise there ?0 -

Nice one Essex,
If I don't get any joy on Thursday, I guess I'll have to go down that route.Beware the character seeking personal gain masquerading as a moral crusader.

Now you're making me paranoid! In March, for the first time in 25 years of credit card usage, I had 2 fraudulent transactions. Paranoid or not, I may well be dropping a line to my card company.
13 to 15 of March saw 6 fraudulent transactions amounting to about £800 like you the first in many years of use and despite my taking just about every precautionWho cares ??0 -

I'm in the same boat more or less. I've been holding off on the court papers in the hope that there would be some kind of resolution by now but it doesn't look like its going to happen.0 -
I just had a thought, Has anyone else veiwed their order from redten site. I viewed my order online with redten via the redteninternet site. Along with telling me the pc was free it also had my Full MAC code, the one BT wholesale gave me when the walled garden popped up. Don't know if this is will help anyone.0
