I was around 14.8 when the counter disappeared so I must have been over by now, no punitive measures yet, and as my exchange does not support high speed access yet it is difficult for me to comment on speeds.

I wonder what sort of customer service clode will put in place when it becomes fatcat considering they only have two part time employees dealing with all the crap now. Could it be the unlimited broadband that Clode have promised us then? I plan to use as much as possible then as I am getting turned off tomorrow and hopefully on O2 on Thursday, got my router from them already, very professional service from O2 such a refreshing change.

To be honest, as soon as Fatcat comes online, assuming we are getting the correct sceanrio here ill be asking for my MAC code. They will have to give it me then. then im off. Ill sort the account out as a seperate issue.

Dont want to deal with these unreliable, stalling etc. people anymore and I just want my speed back to what it was (and confirmation in writing I am now unlimited.)
