forgive me if I am wrong but does this mean the service is back to unlimited therefore there is nothing anyone can do to migrate as they have put back in place the t&c:eek: I thought paying clode of (£402
) was a gamble as if redscum went pop I could have been released for free.
It looks like I took the right option as I could not stand being with these clowns for another two and a half year... FATTW*T COMMUNICATIONS.....ha what a joke! are they deliberately winding us up by choosing a name like that.
The service may be back to unlimited but the speed is a joke I was getting better speeds 5 year ago. I feel for the people left as I was sure you were going to get out of this mess shortly, it now looks like clode have moved the goal posts ....AGAIN!!!
To me this is starting to look like this was all a scam from the beginning with clode redscum & njp all in on it, as now clode have a nice new little business and redscum have offloaded a load of out of date hardware. How these people sleep at night.....they have the morals of an alley cat....cat hold on thats where the name comes from FATALLEYCAT COMMUNICATIONS would be more appropriate.
Keep the faith people and have a good bank holiday weekend:beer: .
Maybe an attempt to provide a defense for the various court cases that are lining up.
I am sure that it said on the blurb that the service back bone provider can be leased on a month by month basis.
Since it would be Clode that is now going into another fat cat business, whats to say they dont do the same thing again in 3 months.....they must have applied for a licence etc. do they not I wonder what their ADR arrangements etc.
They will also have to give you the choice as they cannot start out their business with slamming particularly now that OFCOM and Trading Standards, ( OFT ) are so interested in their late partner.
I wonder if Scott is going to run these businesses since he resigned from all the money ones or is Nick diversifying?
I for one would not dream of going with another set of cowboys who readily and regularly show open contempt for their customers.

I hit the lofty heights of 2.925 Mbps this morning, is everyone elses speed reduced as well?Beware the character seeking personal gain masquerading as a moral crusader.

Hi March Rabbit , just regarding your counter-offer to Clode . I made a counter offer to Clode last week of well over £100 , in desperation to cease this internet hell . An e-mail came back the next day declining my offer . Good luck and lets hope they accept yours . . . . .0

so heres my theory.
New ISP set up by clode. They will tell everyone we have unlimited access subject to fair useage. Anyone goes of 15gb they tell us against fair useage and throttle us. This explains the new company AND the fact we cant access our bandwidth monitor anymore....
Well thats fine Clode, but get my speed back to what it was!!0 -
My gremins have been at it again. Is there anyone out there who could kindly pm ma a copy of your original letter from NJP/Redten, obviously with your details omitted. I just can't find mine anywhere and I really do need a copy for my legal bundle. You know the one it starts....As you are probably aware...blah blah.
Many thanks in advance0
