Unlikely, more likely a customer as date is 12.5.2008 which is Monday--who has lodged their claim against redten here last week.
Or might be Clode Retail Finance --paying off redten's customers so might be chasing redten for money.

Here's a snippet I found on my travels --from the past.
I checked on the Stylingshop.com web site under the Order Enqiry section, and saw that my order had not even been shipped. I tried to ring the Customer Service number given 0871 2608150 - this rang a few times, and then just cut off!! I had Directory Enquiries check the number, and they couldn't even trace the company! I have emailed a few times and never had a reply! I have demanded a refund and of course nothing! I have not yet been able to go to the address given as the company HQ. This is: Stylingshop,23 Castalia Square, Docklands, London, E14 3NG.
I have no delusions about the fact I have been ripped off

The company will not be based there. Contact Consumer Direct on 08454 04 05 06 to get basic advice and possible referal to the relevant Trading Standards Dept.

I asked Clode how flexible they would be to sort out the problem. Answer no negotiation of the settlement figure. What did interest me in the reply though was the statement that they can't commit to an end date to resolving my complaint but should they receive any further information they would let me know immediately.
Seems to me that Clode don't have any plan, other than the original settlement figure, to sort out this mess and so are just waiting to see what happens.0 -
Yet another day and no MAC code, I am begining to wish I never paid the settlement figure, I only did so to relieve the misery of this situation and the promise of a mac code was the bargaining chip. I will ring again tomorrow (more expense:mad: ) and try and find how it can take so long to get a number, last time I rang I asked if it would help if I rang NJP as they told me they were busy to be told "oh no!! dont do that they will only issue it to us"....TOSH.... I doubt now even if clode have the means to aquire a mac code for anybody, the sickening thing is I thought there was light at the end of the tunnel, I am signed with O2 awaiting the mac code0

Everyone who has requested a mac code from redten and also from NJP must lodge a formal complaint. You should request your mac code telling both organisations that you do not acept the slamming or lesser service provision from NJP>
If you read the following report by OFCOM re their actions against the Utilities Warehouse you will see why it is necessary to copy and complain about NJP who are also in breach of the regulations.
It shows exactly what BT were doing and why they could not say more about the slamming. You will also see why it is necessary to complain about both.
NJP is in breach of the regulations for not giving you a mac code or cancelling your transfer as they dissallowed it during the transfer in brach of the regulations.
Very important background reading for those still trying to get their code and how important it is for all to make a complaint in their own right. FCI
