Just sent the following reply...
My original message is repeated below. Please read it and find me the section that says I declined your offer. Your attempts to stonewall and bully customers into accepting an unfair settlement are deplorable.
My patience with your company is exhausted. I have gone out of my way to be respectful and polite to your representatives during my communication with you By contrast, virtually all of the communication I have received from you has been non-informative and delivered in a patronising and insulting way. I have waited since March 10th for you to get your house in order and deal with your customers appropriately in order to bring a mutually satisfying conclusion to this debacle. So far you have offered a textbook example of how not to deal with customers.
I have passed on copies of all relevant documentation regarding Redten and Clode Retail Finance to my local Trading Standards office and will be taking legal advice with a view to pursuing my case through the courts.

Anyone else in Scotland/Aberdeen area already taking them to court? I'd appreciate any advice on how to go about it. I've had a quick squiz at the Sheriff court links on the Deadten site but it would be useful to hear from anyone who has actually filled in the forms etc.

However they may not have realised, though cannot believe that, but the actual entitlement in law is the return of the monies already paid as well as the remaining amount plus expenses where and when services fail to be provided.
that i mentioned ages ago about that it is on the goods act i did try to get everyones attention to that exact point well early on that from break of contract we keep the goods and they must pay us back every penny all ready paid to them from day one thats every one should be going for if they dont want the easy option of just cancelling our contracts and letting us go no penaltys or further costs or bad rating its what the law states well my offer is more than fair to them let me go ill forget the compansation and the monies spent all ready on the contract to me thats sense they still get to keep my money from when the contract started !!!
Wher did you get this from, can you please copy and paste that here for us to read, thanx0 -
I'm not interested in whether they'll be able to provide Unlimited service "in the future" - they haven't done for the last six weeks, and as far as I'm concerned that's the contract null and void. It's no good turning round 2-3 months after the event, and saying "OK, we're ready to give you what you paid for again, drop everything and come back" :rotfl:
