I'm no longer a customer and I could just disappear but I thought I would try to bring you some info.
If it's not appreciated then I won't bother in future.
Your help is appreciated, just pass on that this forum is available for him to air his own views and not hide behind you, surely he's a big enough man to stand up for himself and face the music, or does he like hiding things?
I think that as you are free from all contracts you should leave things alone and not contact him anymore, as you say, just melt off into the distance with a smile on your face.....ThanksMortgage - Free :j

Baber has confirmed to me that Martin and his team have not been in contact with Redten.
I sent a message to the member of Martin's team who is looking into this for us several days ago saying that I had regular contact with Baber and would happily help in any way I can in getting communications flowing between the two parties. You'd think that if they couldn't get in contact with him then they'd have replied and asked for contact details or help in getting contact started, well they HAVEN'T!
Says it all to me!
Anyway, am hoping to bring you more information as I find it out.
Watch this space!!!
Thought this would've received more of a response?0 -

i personally appreciate the help but think that really B Gulzar and co. should be discussing this with the people who are still customers, as we are the ones still paying.0 -

Not expecting a response from Martin :money: , as he said previously he doesnt deal in conflicts like this, his speciality is finding good money saving deals for everyone. With the current credit crunch etc he's got a lot of his own work to do first, although he has someone researching the saga for them, but to get the big picture this will take some time. The one's who should be dealing with it and badgering Baber at his house for answers is 'Watchdog', but they seem to busy with fridges that dont work at the moment (surprisingly Redten didnt supply them:rotfl: )Mortgage - Free :j

If you are being stonewalled by Clode or Redten then this is who you need to speak to.
Details have been confirmed as true as well

I received an email from him at 17.06 this pm continuing the flannel of need more time , looking at illegal downloads. If you tell redten why you want unlimited and what it is for they might give you more.
I responded with the fact that it was flannel and that the true picture was as benji has just outlined it.
I have asked him for a settlement figure to get out.

Suffice to say that I have suggested that, whether or not it happens is of course beyond my control!
I think that they are busy making this new deal happen and once that is finalised there will be alot more communications coming our way. Expect a letter and a phone call soon.
I understand that the new deal won't work for everyone but I thought it best to get that info out to you guys so you can make your own minds up.0 -
didn't think i could read anything that could stun me - that i was desensitised
I'M STUNNED!!! at benji
Why? He has been managing something we haven't....to talk to Redten!
I can't go for it though. 40 Gb is not enough for a family of 6 and I already have a phone contract.I know a great broadband provider.....I just can't move to them:eek:0 -

How is this proposal a new deal ??
We are still going to be capped at 40GB but will HAVE to sign up to a new deal for an extra £16 a total of 35.99 for a capped service and a phone line with no support when needed .
Im sorry but i fail to see this as a DEAL.0
