Has anyone had a look at the new terms and conditions for new redten customers? on the members page of fast4?

    Section 16 is especially comprehensive,

you will also note it does not apply to the oldies of redten fame --we apparently have our own set over on my account page!!

If anyone is able to access my account please let us all into the secret as it being showing down for 24 hours for over 7 days.

Sorry mac0 for repeating things that have been on before:confused:

Looks like these ones apply to new customers only, not me. they say they have to give me 14 days notice in writiing of any change. i dont count posting on a web site unless they write to me to tell me theyve changed

they are the terms setout in the members page lol so if they there they are trying to say they do count as thats whats in mine and im an origanal not new customer so why have them as my terms too !!! they never wrote to no one to my knowledge so in fact that makes all changes irrellivent in law but until it has been proved in law by a judge or what ever we stuck to them for the time being and in all they breached our contracts from the very first time they ever changed one word in the contract and never informed us officially in writing!!! and they will try in every case to say these were sent i bet but as i say post it here if you never recieved any notification as then solicitor or cab that can help on gather and organise your case/deffence can use such info to our advantage if you post it you are in many cases of doing as a request from others are disclosing your info as reference so as i see it if you post it here you give others the right to use it in thier cases then that stopd them using an excuse that this person obviously never recieved it and we are very sorry but!!!
so post and give permission for such post`s to be used by others not including giving the right for clode or njp or redten rights to disclose or use such reference in any mannor
    thats said

i hearby give all that need this info to use in thier comming deffence/case against clode retail finance and redten internet unlimited and njp services i also hold the right for said company`s to not use my info given in any way that is to be used against me or for any detrimental use of or for any breach of my privacy

Only thing I can ever remember receiving from Redten after joining in Nov 2006 was the email below posted 06.03.2008

    logobig.gif .lowlight {font-family:Verdana,Arial,Helvetica,sans-serif; font-size:10pt; color:#666666}.bodytext {font-family:Verdana,Arial,Helvetica,sans-serif; font-size:10pt; color:black}.subhead {font-family:Verdana,Arial,Helvetica,sans-serif; font-size:10pt; text-decoration:underline color:#666666}.tablehd {background-colour:#f8f8f8; padding:5px}.highlight {font-family:Verdana,Arial,Helvetica,sans-serif; font-size:10pt; color:#ff6600} [FONT=Verdana,Arial,Helvetica,sans-serif]

    Dear Jack Parkinson

Please be aware that Redten Internet will be carrying out major techincal work on the Email system as well as changing its backbone provider to offer the new download speeds of upto 24Mb. This will automatically be made available to you at no extra cost and is dependant on your connection to the local exchanges that have been upgraded.

It is critical that you backup any mail that is stored on the Redten Internet email servers. Please complete this task within the next 24 hours.

Any email left on the servers after this time will be lost permanently and unrecoverable.

Apologies for any inconvenience that this may cause.

    Yours sincerely
