I think I remember reading someone else saying they are legally obliged to accept mail at the address registered with company house which I think is -

Yes; did you send it recorded delivery? If you did keep the receipt and the Royal Mail Notification that someone would not accept it.
Try once more and that should be sufficient or send one to the Managing Director at his address at 38 Franklin Street.--addresses all posted yesterday on the thread.

With all due respect, I believe Benjimoron was one of the 30 odd people that fell through the net and were NOT automatically transferred to NJP due to some sort of admin error. His are different circumstances to the majority of us on here, and I feel an important distinction has to be made.0 -
