    Yes; did you send it recorded delivery? If you did keep the receipt and the Royal Mail Notification that someone would not accept it.

    Try once more and that should be sufficient or send one to the Managing Director at his address at 38 Franklin Street.--addresses all posted yesterday on the thread.

    So how exactly did you get out of your redten and clode finance agreement?

    Are you one of the ones who got a MAC from the BT wholesale page between 10-17th march or did you get out some other way?

    Please Tell us!

    We all know you managed to get out, but how.

    With all due respect, I believe Benjimoron was one of the 30 odd people that fell through the net and were NOT automatically transferred to NJP due to some sort of admin error. His are different circumstances to the majority of us on here, and I feel an important distinction has to be made.

    9.3 Where the Communications Provider intends to modify a condition in a

    contract with a Consumer which is likely to be of material detriment to
    the Consumer, the Communications Provider shall:
    (a) provide the Consumer with at least one months notice of its
    intention detailing the proposed modification; and
    (b) inform the Consumer of the ability to terminate the contract
    without penalty if the proposed modification is not acceptable to
    the Consumer.
