then i think they have a case against us meaning clode anyhow as then we have defaulted and they will play it that way not a good idea keep paying till it sorted out im shure any you pay will go in your favour in court if it reaches that far!!! at least anything that is paid to clode is recoverable unlike from redten so it seems in their track record!!!

I agree! Not good to go against a credit agreement. pay as per usual. it will go in your favour as you have not breached your contract. You tell the Judge that too. I kept on paying as I did not want to breach my Terms and Conditions.......

Ive sent my letters to clode and redten on the 24th and had no response ive pointed out that after legal advice the action i took on day one to get my mac and use it was reasonable behaviour given the lack of contact from redten, and clode just saying they were as much in the dark as me.
I have 22 months left on my agreement thats £440 and thats a lot of money for a free computer.
I just feel that sometimes you have to make things happen, i shall speak to my legal people at the bank tomrw and see what they think

We can talk until we are blue in the face....talk amongst ourselves, talk to solicitors, talk to legal teams, talk to our Legal Insurance, talk to CAB, talk to Consumer organisations, talk to OFCOM etc etc ....we get the same answer - WE are in the right and Redten and Clode are in the wrong. FACT.

Why don't Redten communicate with us?

Why don't Clode communicate with us? Clode have made a bad business decision and they are trying to make US pay for it. Fortunately, we have Consumer Law on our side.

I'm not talking anymore. As soon as the deadlines are up for a response, I'm taking them to Court, and the way I see myself presenting my case, I cannot lose.

With all due respect, I believe Benjimoron was one of the 30 odd people that fell through the net and were NOT automatically transferred to NJP due to some sort of admin error. His are different circumstances to the majority of us on here, and I feel an important distinction has to be made.

Read my result post, I have explained why that should make no difference. I don't believe that a court would see it as a reason to make a distinction between the cases as there is no reason why I couldn't have been transferred, just an admin error meant it didn't go through at the same time as everyone elses.
