funny that computer active didn't pick Gulzar up on what he said considering their own review here
One-of-a-kind free PC deal from a new internet service provider

are there no true professionals in this industry0 -
I've just checked and my bandwidth usage has been reset.
I eagerly ran the Myspeed test again - 18.1kbps download, and 14.1kbps upload.
Think I need Mr Gulzar to tell me in what language that represents broadband.0 -
I dont have to pay Clode for any PC which was supplied to me as a free gift for buying 3 years broadband. I guess I am quite lucky in that I was one of the original customers who signed up in Nov 2006 and my PC was invoiced FREE and the broadband was 19.99 * 36.
I wonder how many signed up in November '06. My FREE PC has a low serial number on it.0 -
I signed up in Nov 2006 too...but received no invoices or anything in writing from Redten.
Why would I pay £719.64 on an "interest-free" loan for a PC worth £500?
i recieved no invoices or anything either from redten. but the website shows for itself the free pc. if thats not the case then its deception surely0 -

i signed up summer last year but the offer was still free pc. just ran a speed test and woohoo i got 32Kbps nearly fast dialup speeds. i really dont care what redten/clode/mr. gulzar say, signed up for UNLIMITED broadband and FREE pc and im not getting the broadband and they are trying to tell me the free pc bit isnt rite either. not a good way to treat customers0 -
Just spoke to NJP again, they said that although the cap had been removed from the account details it's actually RedTen doing the Capping, and that we should contact them, what a surprise... round and round we go0

Ironside - a bit of a long shot but do you have access to your old email address (the one that was current at the time you signed up), strangely I got copies of all the invoices sent to me on the 27th September 2007 to my old email address.0 -
i signed up in december 2007 looks like a free pc to me0

I have something similar but two pdf's as VAT invoices that show PC as £0.00 cost and broadband as 36*19.99 plus I had static IP costing another £108 all clear on the invoice to me.0
