My bandwidth hasnt reset - luckily im holding at just of 2.5gb but this whole debarcle is starting to affect my work too.

Guess Ill be on the phone to Clode and NJP AGAIN today - was promised a call back but nothing.

Oh, and thanks for pitching in Martin, its good to know you are around and maybe a bit of publicity for our cause would be a good thing. My comments werent meant as a snipe, it was purely frustration from this whole mess spilling out into the public forum.

just spoke to a helpful guy on NJP support, said who said it's down to RedTen to reset the bandwidth usage, guess that ain't gonna happen then.

Im sorry but I dont buy that - i reckon that Redten have to PAY NJP to reset the bandwidth and that's the issue here. NJP control the bandwidth surely?

Hopefully today NJP will bin redten and we can get our MAC codes.
I am completely sick of Redten/clode/NJP and their lack of information i'm sure they would be a hell of a lot more professional if they were wanting something from all of us.
