Yes, suprise suprise, no reset of bandwith usage

Do us all a favour Redten - you know what you are doing is immoral as well as illegal - just cancel our Clode agreements, give us our MAC codes and let us go.

Not long got back of night shift. Can confirm that usage as not been reset so am still limping along at about 12kb. Here's hoping that page pops up later today so we can all get mac code and get the hell out of here. Just watch you don't get crushed in the stampede.

I confirm - no bandwidth reset. I can beat you though, redflake - I'm racing past you at 15.1kbps download speed and 6.2kbps upload. Redten broadband eh? - don't you just love it?!

Looking on the bright side at 12kbs, my 5GB should last me about 42.666666666666666666666666666667 Days. So will last the month out easy.

Problem is at this slow page reload speed I keep getting temporal anomalies and answering myself.

Morning Folks - Thought I'd report that on checking this morning, my bandwidth counter has been reset. NOT!!!

Well it is April fools after all!! If I didn't have a laugh about it, I'd cry!

Unless I have used 5.7Gb since 00:01 this morning (PC been switched off!)mine hasn't been reset either.....Lets hope Martin sees that Redten or NJP who ever has the power of resetting our Bandwith usage hasn't fulfilled their duties as well as all the other problems we are having.....is there a light at the end of the tunnell.....??????

    Customer Internal Complaints Procedure

We aim to provide you as the customer with the highest standards of service. However there may be occasions when we do not get it right, or fail to meet your expectations. If this happens we encourage you to speak to us so that we can put matters right.
    We would like:
    • To receive your complaint to understand your concerns.
    • To resolve your complaint as quickly as possible.
    • To make sure you are satisfied with how we have handled the complaint.
Your initial concerns should be sent in writing to:
Customer Services Manager Clode Retail Finance 3rd Floor, Alexandra House 307 - 315 Cowbridge Road East Cardiff CF5 1JD
You may also contact our Customer Service team on 08702 427 427 if you prefer.
If we cannot resolve your complaint straight away, then we will:
    • Send you a written acknowledgement within five working days of receiving your complaint.
    • Contact you by phone within two weeks.
    • Send you a written update after two weeks.
    • Contact you by phone between two and four weeks.
    • Send you a full written update detailing where we are after four weeks.
If we have been still unable to resolve the matter after eight weeks we will write to you again, with either a final response letter detailing our findings, or if we are unable to provide a final response, a letter detailing why we are not in a position to provide a final response.
In the unlikely event you are still dissatisfied, you are entitled to refer your complaint to the Financial Ombudsman and we will provide details of how to do so. This should be done straight away, but must be within six months of the date of our final response.
You must complete the internal complaints procedure before commencing dealings with the Ombudsman.
Now I know what I am doing wrong. I sent emails!!! I must write today. :j
