if who ever if ever gets to court and gets their out come please post it as it can be used in any further case by any other person on same court proceedings thats if you will be allowed to do that!! dont know how courts go about you making the out come public but i know they use previous case files as a way for the judge to make their rulings along the same sort of line if the case is the same!!!0

Sorry I have been away for a while, but looks like Redten hasn't managed to go belly up yet (They just cant do anything right).
Thankyou daftbint I have just checked my phone bill and have an over spend as well.
A question for anyone what is the best number to get Redten on as I want my MAC to transfer to a new provider? (I will not be cancelling my credit agreement just yet).
I have managed to run up over 4GB on the account and like others have now lost email. I can send but no recieve. Will this ever end. Also Watchdog have not got back to me yet!Ron.

Anyway, he said 'there's no problem with your line - you do have a 5Gb cap on it though, so perhaps that's what's causing the problems.'
I know that we all know our lines are capped - but it was good to hear it from a Redten representative.0 -

Redten themselves have told me all week that it was capped but kept blaming njp. and when i had slow connections over last weekend i called the 50ppm number to be told someone would call me back within 24/48 hours 6 days later im still waiting for that call, not that i ever believed it would happen.0 -
Just please don't waste any more money using the phone! Its so much harder to earn these days!
I've spent £42 calling redten/clode I will make sure I get it back too! Please eveyone keep you phone bill. If you can donwload a PDF of it from BT ect do it or just keep your paper bill.
I'll make an effort to reclaim my costs when I take it further.
BT seem to be making lots of mney out of them. As to the Cap NJP confirmed this to me in the week. I was given the option to pay £16.95 to have a 15GB limit. I guess this is what they wanted. I bet NJP saw Redten as a revenue stream.
How sad that this has caused so much Bad publicity for

Well here we are, Monday morning and no reply from Clode or Redten to my official complaint.
They have until Wednesday when it will all kick off from this end.
Sigh. Will this mess ever end - I am severly restricting my internet use to remain under the 5gb bandwidth limit but this isnt funny anymore - im paying £20 a month for unlimited access. grr!0 -
well monday is here, are we taking bets as to whether or not our download counters will be reset tomorrow?
I'm doubtful.
Well my complaint letters should arrive at their destinations, all 6 of them. and they have 7 days to respond, guess we'll see what happens.
