iv just gone over my limit, havent been capped yet. im hoping it will stay that way if my router doesnt disconnect.

did someone mention in a post that o2 is BE?
o2 mobile customers get a discount and its 8mb unlimited for £7.50 per month 12month contract
    £10 for 16meg and £15 for 20meg

so anyone think thats worth while?

and this is the fair usage policy

4 What about excessive network usage?
There is no limit on the monthly network usage. However if we feel that your activities are so
excessive that other customers are detrimentally affected, we may give you a written warning (by
email or otherwise). In extreme circumstances, if the levels of activity do not immediately decrease
after the warning, we may terminate or suspend your Services.

    PRESS RELEASE
For immediate release 3rd November 2006
LAUNCHED TODAY - Broadband service TO INCLUDE
A PC worth £500 for every customer.
A unique broadband deal for consumers and businesses was launched today. For
a monthly fee of only £19.99 every customer will receive a comprehensive PC
package worth £500 as part of the broadband offer.
This service is being provided by Redten Internet, which is under the umbrella of
Watford Electronics Group, one of the UK’s leading suppliers of IT products for the
home and business, in partnership with BT Wholesale, Intel, Microsoft, LG
    Electronics, Belkin and F-Secure.

Redten Internet is the only complete out-of-the-box
    plug & play PC and
broadband solution on the market. It believes there is no easier or more cost
efficient route to PC ownership and high performance internet connection.
The completeness and affordability of the Redten Internet offer probably
represents the most compelling incentive ever presented to families, schools and
businesses to gain access to the benefits of broadband. It is a truly
    comprehensive and completely unique approach.
Beyond its promise of providing a personal computer as part of its broadband
offer, Redten Internet will also be providing 365-day telephone technical support
throughout the length of the customer relationship, free software titles, free
operating system upgrade voucher, free upgrade of bandwidth and an automatic
upgrade of computer when the three-year contract is renewed.
Early adopters will receive their broadband connection and computer in time for
    Christmas.
The PC will arrive fully configured and ready to connect to the internet. It comes
with an LG flat-screen monitor, Microsoft Windows XP MCE 2005 operating
system, Intel Pentium 4 processor, DVD writer, multimedia functionality and
stereo speakers. Additionally, the PC will offer a 90-day F-Secure's Internet
Security solution to protect against the latest Internet threats. The package is
    backed by a 3-year warranty.
Customers will also have access to a specially-designed portal, through which
they’ll be able to access email, populate their webspace, read BBC news and sport
    stories, and search the internet.
For those who wish to have their PC and internet set up for them there is a
home-installation service whereby a technician will visit the customer’s house to
set everything up for a charge of £32 or for an additional £1 on the monthly
subscription fee over the three-year contract.
A range of upgrade packages aimed at beginners, families and businesses is also
available which includes printers, surge protectors, software and the homeinstallation
    service.

Were is Martin Lewis :money: :money: :money: :money: :money: ??? I do not understand Y he do not give us some directions on this mess...after all ...we are ALL losing money here...

I couldn't agree more with you 'aspalma', :money:is plastered all over this site, he has his own TV show that's supposed to stick up for individuals that have been done wrong by multimillion pound companies and yet here are literately thousands of very very very unhappy customers on HIS website that have been 100% shafted by REDTEN, Clode Finance and NJP, yet we don't hear a peep out of him.

No one appears to be helping us, !!!!!! is wrong with this country that innocent individuals can be treated in such an outrageous manner and yet all the bodies that are supposed to be there to prevent this sort of thing happening in the first place, sit back and tell you to pursue the matter yourself.

I'm astounded that RT/Clode virtually get away with treating it's customers in this harsh way.
Apart from the initial letter from RT and Clode's contract in 2006, I have received no communication from RT/Clode at all until I got the back dated NJP letter on 15th March.

I personally know several RT customers that are total novices when it comes to Internet/PCs and because of this they don't understand what is going on
ie RT and Clode are shafting them from afar, attempting to change their T&Cs, restricting their usage etc etc etc

Come on :money:, people are crying out for YOUR help here

My Redten connection has been unavailable since about 1430hrs today (I'm posting this from another - not Redten - computer).

Wonder if they're 'upgrading' me to 15Gb!?

Anyone else in the same position? Then again, if you are, you quite likely can't see and respond to this post anyway.

I was told yesterday by redten that i would have a 15Gb limit by last night, still on painfully slow connection speeds of around 24Kbps.

I've noticed a few comments on the "disapearence" of Benjimoron. He said on the www.hotukdeals.com/item/155634/redten-gone-bust forums that he wasn't going on MSE forums any longer as they were deleting any posts that commented on any combined legal action against redten/clode/njp.
I also agree that it's about time Martin Lewis was involved. ( I wonder if this post will be deleted?).
