55 minutes, hot through to 'John'. Explained that I got reconnected last week but there was a problem - I appear to be on a 5GB limit. He said that he didn't know anything. The Directors were in a meeting this afternoon and that he would take my number and let me know what was happening. I asked whether this would be permanent arrangement and what would happen if they couldn't give me unrestricted broadband - and guess what? He didn't know!

I'll try hassling Clode next.

I have tried to contact redten 6 times each tall terminates at 58 minutes.

Called NJP they advised me

Redten have placed a 5gb cap
Purchase a Bolt on and Surf again
Or for 16.95 a month you can get a 15GB limit.

I'm Not happy. So I called Comsumer direct. They are fantastic.

To DO LIST!

1. Write a letter state the breach of Contract and list complaints
2. Quote the Supply of Goods and Services ACT 1982 of which they have failed to meet on several occasions. Give 7 Working days to reply.
3. Mention in the letter Consumer Credit ACT 1974 Section 75.
4. Copy Finance (CLODE) the letter by Recorded Delivery
5. Send Redten letter by recorded Delivery.

Clode weren't any better. The lady said that I had to deal with Redten and sympathised that the lines were busy etc. When I mentioned that they also had a responsibility as the financier, she just said to put it in writing and it would be considered.
