    The prob is we've heard it all before and redten are proven liars. IF they begin offering unlimited broadband again I'd love to see how redten are going to:

    [a] compensate all of us
    compensate those who were forced to migrate after exceeding bandwidth caps and who are now tied into agreements with other suppliers
  • Furthermore if redten reinstate unlimited broadband

    1. Who would ever trust them again? This has shown they provide zero customer service.

    2. They've won. They'd shed many customers who cost them money and can now afford to pay unlimited broadband bills for those that remain.

    3. Their already in breach of their own t and c and clode are in breach as no notification of the provision of a change/new and different limited service were provided!

    If they do suddently offer unlimited broadband I urge noone to accept it...as what happens when they next want to cut costs? more caps suddenly appear!

    I want out of the clode agreement and to get away from redten.

    Does anyone know how i go about getting my MAC,Redten won't respond,OFCOM are as much use as a chocolate fireguard does anyone know what my options are.

    Anyone able to help me with this?

    I spoke to NJP they will not help at all and i'm not signing up with NJP they are as much a bunch of cowboys as Redten.

    as i posted yesterday i spoke to someone claiming to be called john at redten (think they make names up as they go) he stated that they going back to unlimited by the 2 of april but also said it would be shakey also said he could get me on talk talk ?? he then stated it gonna be a very shakey few weeks for everyone then offered me out of contract for 150 then i said cant afford it so got offered to do it over 2 months for 75 each month i said i couldnt do it so he then went came back and 125 said i couldnt do it then said 50 is something id think about he then said im gonna see what i can do for you ring you back later after talk to boss ill try to get you out and get you a mac code promised me faithfully to ring back errr like im a fool he never rang back !!! sent em an email a few hours after that no reply about why i dint get a reply lol just sent another one to them see if it get read even i always make high priority and request read reciept!!!
  • Of course they'll start re-offering unlimited broadband...until they need to save money again.

    sorry but i dont hold out much hope of a call back, I have spoken to paul at least once a day everyday this week and he has promised to call me back, and has cut me off when i ask to speak to a manager. last night he told me he would call me at 6pm to let me know what was going on and today he said he had told me last night everything should be back to normal by friday. I wont believe anything REDTEN/CLODE/NJP say unless it happens.

    but if they did we still wouldnt have to accept it shurely unless they make a reasonable offer of compensation for calls time effort lack of service and such and we would not have to accept that it was reasonable would we not?
    how much can they say our time effort and health and mental state issues that are inflicted on us are worth me for one have got very depressed again over all this and im a long time depressive and could well cost me having to take more anti depressants that i have tried to keep off for my health`s sake !!!
