  • NEW CONTACT DETAILS FOR REDTEN

    Analysis of Redten Communications Ltd company house records show their docklands HQ is a virtual office provided by docklandsuk.com. I wonder if redten have to pay this business centre if we call them and they forward the calls/faxes/mail to redten?

    Can someone (am in a library here or I would do it) call the business centre on the below number and find out:

    [a] is redten still a client
    are they accepting telephone, fax, email and mail messages or just mail messages on behalf of redten?

    Web usage gets reset on the 1st according to the Bolt Ons page, Incompetant fools, I tried to buy a Bolt On (was going to claimn it back in all of this fiasco) I got a script error on the page, so the transaction didnt go through. I phoned NJP yesterday to report the problem, they said they would put the transaction through for me and I'll be running again in 10 mins, a day later, still limited to 5kbs !!!

    How do RedTen Expect to generate more income from bolt ons if it doesnt work!!!

    when ever I email clode or RT i request a delivery receipt and read receipt.
    I have only ever had a delivery receipt from [EMAIL="care@redten"]care@redten[/EMAIL], no other address, including the [EMAIL="customer.relations@cloderetailfinance.com"]customer.relations@cloderetailfinance.com[/EMAIL] one

    Just had a converation with NJP services about changing package.
    They said that there are no additional packages on the redten account but they could change you over to NJP today.
    £16.99 for 15GB.
    Not that good a deal but it could be a way out of redten.
    As we could probably get mac code from NJP afterwards.

    If you are sending from your redten account you will only get a receipt from redten as you would be on the same email server.

    when loggin in to redten emails via outlook, what settings did you put on,

    mine wont send anything but its recieveing so i think its something to do with outgoing authentication or something, iv tried turning the authentication settings off and on but its not having none of it.

    got it working from home after lots of playing around but dont remember what i did! any ideas?

    Have just come off the phone to Paul at Redten - rang at 12.22 and finally got answered at 14.00!

    Told him I considered Redten to be in breach of the Agreement I have with them/Clode, as no longer being provided with unlimited Broadband, and that I'd sent formal registered letters of complaint to them yesterday (with copies/covering letters to Clode and NJP).

    He told me that Redten directors were in a meeting with NJP directors at present time, but if he could take my number he'd ring me back before 1800, to let me know what happened (I'm not holding my breath!).

    He also said that they didn't want to hold me to a contract if they couldn't provide what they promised. Sounds promising?

    I told him about being tied in with Clode Agreement and of course he knew all about it.

    Here's hoping my contract/Agreement might soon be cancelled, with no black marks against me.

    If I get any news I'll post it back here.
