yeah i know what happens when it hits 5GB, they suspend you with clause 8.1 telling you u are in breach of clause 7.1.3 and virtually slow ur connection to nothing

still never got my return call from redten today suppose ill take that they aint ringing back !!! great takes me days to get them on the phone then think im getting somewhere with all the offers of this and that now they cant even get back to me !!!!

the connection log tells you how much you have downloaded in that session,every time the router disconnects and restarts it will reset to 0..got that a few times on mine stop and start

when you hit 5gb your speed will drop to 5kbps

well I'm home, and although it says on the connection log (see below) that I have downloaded 0.00 and been connected for approx 2hrs, I am still throttled.
Strange that the connection log was reset about 60 mins after I spoke to clode. I wonder what is going on.
I was half hoping I would get home to find that I had been disconnected completely.. but alas.

REDTEN never return calls. i have been waiting since last august for a return call. for those who missed my post earlier, NJPServices confirmed to me that REDTEN have put the 5GB limit across the board for all customers
