redten have got what they wanted. They have shed customers - so no longer have to pay their broadband bills. They will now "suddenly" offer unlimited broadband. Why not now they can afford it!

Right, Clode being absolutely useless as well. "We can't do anything about it. You must phone Redten. If you do stop the payments you will be held liable and receive a credit default on your record.". :mad::mad::mad::mad::mad::mad::mad:

I mentioned that at least one other person has had his issue resolved in this way, only to be told that it must have been a special case and that they definitely won't help me.

So where from here? Words fail me.....

have just come off the fone to v12/clode, i have sent an email stating my case and was told the lady that deals with this kind of thing isnt in today but has said i will get a reply tomorrow. hopefully im starting to get somewhere

thats HR --they answer the emails sent in through their complaints portal which was the one posted.

I got response from clode, was to get call from redten this afternoon but clearly did not materialise.

Will recontact them tomorrow.

do not use 0905 numbers -theyre in delhi.

only numbers active are the sales numbers and email for redten.

clode were their substantial backer in 2006 --paid upfront for the broadband services and pc's --that was not specified or detailed to clode.

you must get released from contract by redten or will owe money to clode.
