Your best method is to be polite & to try to make the advisor empathise with your situation. You'll find people on the phone to be a lot more responsive & helpful if you're not hostile as soon as they answer the phone.

ringing me back taking it to management think they going to offer everyone buyout at around 150 for original customers!!! i must say hes actually been better to me in phone manner than anyone ive spoken to yet from any of the customers !!!

Buyout at 150 quid? ie we pay 150 quid? That was in the original deal wasn't it? ie nothing extra than we're already entitled to.

so if i have no clode contract its gona be very hard to get a mac out of redten!! has anyone had any replies to emails to redten? i have emailed and formally requested and given 5 days to resolve the matter and return the original service i ordered or issue a mac

I think their call centre is based in someones front room and they only answer the phone during the adverts on TV.

I'm guessing at £150 buyout not the remaining pc value (being about £400 for me), the £150 was originally the re-stocking fee.
