As far as I can establish this number has been copied into Trade Tag from another source and in the original was specifically linked with a named, former director and he does not appear to live in Coventry.

The 44 element appears to be simply the country prefix for GB numbers. The STD code seems to be absent but given the number length it is naturally limited to either London, Birmingham, Coventry or any of the other locations sporting 7/8 digit numbers.

It might also be worthwhile contacting the estate agents to see if they have a forwarding address. After all, the company may just have expanded and moved to bigger premises rather that have done a moonlight flit.
My very sincere apologies for those hoping to request off-board assistance but I am now so inundated with requests that in order to do justice to those "already in the system" I am no longer accepting PM's and am unlikely to do so for the foreseeable future (August 2016). :(

For those seeking more detailed advice and guidance regarding small claims cases arising from private parking issues I recommend that you visit the Private Parking forum on PePiPoo.com
  • HO87 thanks for the pm, yeah I was thinking of chasing up the letting agent.

  • Well an update on what I've done today.... Using all the details on here, I've rang two phone numbers, both dead lines, and one mobile from yell.com which went to voicemail. I contacted the letting agent, who didn't have any forwarding address, tho she couldn't say how long ago the store had closed.

I checked their eBay shop, which still has numerous items up for sale....a good sign at least. Checking my last purchase experience with them, they always emailed back before lunchtime, so I waited till 2pm before contacting my bank. After a few mins and giving some details, the clerk says my money should b back in my account by midnight tonight. Guess Visa Debit does give some protection after all?

Of course wouldnt u know it, just before 5pm, I've just got an email from J.O.A.G saying they have no stock and may get another delivery on 24th Jan?! So why couldn't they have told me that days ago???

I'm thinking of waiting to chck I get my refund before contacting them again to cancel..... What do you think?

Wait for the money, then you have the option of looking for it elsewhere

Amazon have it as you say at 160 or so more

Watch Pix mania as they wanted to supply a printer with the cartridges as an extra, even though the manufacturer said they are included

  • Sounds like they're going to the wall.

They will keep people hanging on and the next thing the administrators will have moved in.

Bad news - get your money back.

Hopefully you will be covered by paypal for a refund.

    Good luck.
