I am very surprised that you havent been able to find the answer yourself, all by yourself, and without the help of others who are unfortunately busy answering other queries to attend to you within a time you deem reasonable.
Your other posts tonight consist of links to answres to questions posed by others. Given this, I assume you are well versed in the use of the search facility provided on this forum. I am and a search for 'claims in Northern Ireland' reveals three well padded threads of information you may find useful.
A little advice I will offer that you have not asked for:
A little courtesy, and slightly more patience, goes a long long way online.
Good luck in your claim0 -

You are very observant my posts are links to questions by others - if one reads the outline article about reclaiming bank charges they would have found the answers VERY easily. Even after using your suggested search my question still remains unanswered but never mind I would not want to put you or any other participants to this forum out of their way.
Regarding your advice Twinky, I didn't ask for it, so you know what you can do with it.:rotfl:0 -

Hello Again
Keep asking for advice getting no help!!! Can someone please help. Into my 10th week of claiming bank charges. Sent letters up to threatening court action. Got letter stating it will take another 4wks (this was up to 8wks) then got another letter saying they needed another 4 weeks and if i am not happy complain the the FO. Dont know what to do now. Court action means i can only claim 2000 (Northern Ireland small claims). Should i send my complaint to the FO.
Please help feel like just packing it all in.0 -
As above Kerry, send your claim off to the FO now.

As its the court who award the interest, no bank will offer the interest unless the case is in court.0
