Have been lurking on mealplans for weeks and weeks. A bit late on my New Year New Start but anyway. When we get paid we are going to get some really healthy food as wedding in July but for now just trying to stretch the food until Friday (pay day)
Mon - homemade toad in the hole with peas
Tues - bombay poatoes and tesco value burgers
Wed - Sausage in black bean sauce and noodles (not sure how this will work out!!)
Thurs - chickpea burgers (made tuna and chickpea burgers once, just doing without the tuna!!) with rice cooked in veg stock
Lunch for me is cup a soup and ham sandwiches for OH. About the only snacks are biscuits and some value ice cream.
I hope this will keep us going until Friday, I am usually quite inventive when push comes to shove but the above is really scraping the barrel!!!Debt Free Wannabe by 1 January 2016

Sundays meal plan got altered as decided to go and get the shopping a couple of days earlier than usual because of work.
so
Sunday - Roast Bacon Joint with new potatoes and veg
Monday- Meat Loaf, potatoes, peas and sweetcorn
Tuesday- Stew made out the left over bacon joint and Meat Loaf
Wednesday- Cottage pie
Thursday- Steak Pie (HM)
Friday- Prawns with HM egg fried rice, with HM sweet and sour sauce
Saturday- Baked Potato as am at work
Sunday- not sure yet, depends on what shift I am working
Dinners this week are pasta with ham/tuna and sweetcorn. As refusing to buy bread while its so expensive and have loads of pasta in the cupboard which can be used up until I get my own breadmaker (which may take a while as obviously everyone in this area has the same idea as I can't find one in stock anywhere)Remember never judge someone that makes a mistake, because in six months time it may be you that makes the next mistake.0
