    Another non meal planner here. I have a basic idea of what we will have this week, but also will depend on whether we fancy it for tea, but here goes:-

    Monday - left over HM Shepherds Pie
    Tuesday - HM Corned Beef hot pot
    Wednesday - Lamb dale steaks, chips and beans
    Thursday - Lasagne and HM Balsamic wedges
    Friday - left over Lasagne

    Sunday - not sure yet, poss roast

    I think I need to work on some meat free meals :eek:, but i expect OH will want fish n chips from the chip shop, sometime this week.;)

    Hi there, I have been meal planning on and off for a couple of years now. We are on a tight budget this month so I have planned right up to my husbands payday on 25th. Here's what we're having this week;

    Monday - HM Shepherds Pie (left over lentil loaf with mash and veg for me, I don't eat red meat) and veg - I've made 2 shepherds pies and enough bolognaise sauce for about 4 meals to freeze out of a big pack of mince by adding some lentils and extra veg.
    Tuesday - HM Macaroni Cheese with Veg (I'm making 2, one for the freezer)
    Wednesday - Spicy Vege Sausage and Bean Stew with Rice (making enough stew for 2 meals and freezing half)
    Thursday - Chick Pea Pasta
    Friday - Fish fingers HM potato wedges and peas for children and Veg Curry and Rice from the freezer for grown ups!
    Saturday - HM Pizza (we have the same nearly every Saturday night, we made double on Saturday and froze them so they are all ready - easy!)
    Sunday - We are lucky enough to be going out for lunch for my brothers birthday, a lovely treat!

    I hope this isn't too much info? I really enjoy reading and getting ideas from other peoples menus - thanks!
