Thanks for starting this thread PP.
I know we have quite a lot of food at home, and from memory reckon we could have the following this week. I'll edit at home if I need to make any changes. Looking at it, we probably need a bit more variety!
Thursday - Eggs, chips and beans, and maybe some ham with DH's
Friday - Red pesto pasta and salad
Saturday - Chicken for DH and chickpea for me curry and rice. Might make some bombay potatoes or onion bhajis to go with this depending on what's in the cupboard
Sunday - Roast dinner with a chicken breast for DH and a Quorn cheese and broccoli fillet for me
Monday - Jacket potato with tuna and sweetcorn plus salad
Tuesday - Tuna and sweetcorn pasta bake
Wednesday - Omelette, chips and beans
Thursday - Green pesto pasta and salad
Friday - Chicken/Quorn fillet with cheesy mash, veg and gravy
Breakfasts will be porridge or toast and lunches will be sandwiches with fruit/crisps/cereal bar and a can of drink. My menu probably doesn't sound very OS, but I'm working on it, and it's a big improvement on what we used to eat!:)
I might make some scones this weekend too.
Just sent this list to DH and he said he'll travel to the other office on Tuesday and Thursday (quick dinner nights)! :T So he can start the dinner before I get home on the other nights.I'd never even thought about that. :rotfl:
