Saturday - beefburger in a bun with cheese and HM chilli jam, and celeriac chips

Monday - Thai prawn noodle soup

Breakfast on the weekend will be 2 x Poached Eggs and Toast and during the week will be a yoghurt and tinned peaches (poured into the large fridge tub I bought full of Del Monte fruit and now fill with own brand).

Lunch on Friday and Saturday will be soup and homemade garlic bread and Monday - Friday next week it's pasta salad and normal salad and an apple. This Sunday I'm going to Slug and Lettuce with my best friend for a girlie lunch with a 50% off voucher. Yum!

I've got a weekend off work this weekend so my meals are a bit treat like to begin with but then they get boring.

    Dinners will be:
Friday - Chicken Thigh and Potato Dauphinose with veg.
Saturday - Fish Pie (the first one I've made) for me and the boyfriend with a Rosti crust rather than mash and sugar snap peas and broccoli.
Sunday - Frozen Paella Ready Meal
Monday - Quorn Sausages, Homemade Chips and Vegetables with bbq sauce.
Tuesday - Homemade Chilli, Jacket Potato and maybe Cheese (I'm dieting so it depends on what else I eat)
Wednesday - Chicken Dippers, Rice and Stir Fry Veg with a Hoi Sin Sauce
Thursday - Homemade Chilli, Jacket Potato and maybe Cheese
Friday- Quorn Sausages, Potato Pieces (boiled and fried squares of potato) and Veg
Saturday - Chicken in a cheesy sauce with Mash and Veg.

All I need to buy for this week is all the ingredients for Saturday and for the rest of the week lots of vegetables, milk, two baguettines, some apples, yoghurts for the morning and maybe some low fat crisps.

Tuesday - L: sandwich. D: chicken and mushroom curry with rice.
Wednesday - L: LO curry and rice. D: tattie stew.
Thursday - L: sandwich. D: spag bol (subject to change as I don't really fancy this already! Quite unlike me, usually I look forward to what's on the plan.)

That's all I've got so far as not exactly sure what is happening over the weekend yet.

I shall do from Tuesday as that's when I do the shopping
    Tuesday- Seafood and sweetcorn soup
    Wednesday- Salmon with fettchini carbanara
Thursday- me - left overs from last night, OH- chicken and broccoli stir fry
    Friday- left over stir fry
Saturday- at work all day so probably baked potato
    Sunday- paella
    Monday- left over paella

I tend to do slightly bigger portions of most meals so they last a couple of days. And for lunch my OH has a packed lunch, and I have various sandwiches.
