No, he just forgot. I'm really so upset, embarrassed and angry, it's like the whole thing isn't important to him
Has he got a lot on his mind lately? Lots going on at work maybe? Not trying to excuse his behaviour but it might not be as bad as it sounds! Men eh, as much as you love them they can do some really dumb things sometimes!! If I were you I'd just take charge of the invites now & get them out!*hugs Gemm* have you told him how you feel?
Spoony - your sister is a right one isn't she?! What is it about weddings that makes people regress to childhood?
Well our invites are now all sent *relieved airpunch* so we're waiting for RSVPs. We need to have a meeting with the venue next month and have to work out of order of the day before that so have started trying to draft it. It's hard though!
Also been looking at what we want during the service - hadn't even thought about readings etc, and not sure we really want them. Would it be boring not to have any? I'm not particularly bothered about the ceremony, just want to be married then have a big party!
Your guests would probably find it more boring having them
Having said that I personally want to find something to etch it out a little longer but I think that's because the 2 civil ceremonies I've been to were over REALLY quickly compared to the Church weddings I've been to (not necessarily a bad thing!).
It's up to you, if you're happy with a quick, 15min ceremony then skip the readings, I'm personally going to try & get it to last about 30mins, not too long but just long enough it isn't wham, bam, you're married! I have absolutely no idea what readings to have though so at this rate I may actually be a wham bam bride haha.Gem how annoying!!!! I'd feel exactly the same...hope you are OK.
Pern PM me your address and I'll send the seeds
Hi Rahven - glad your invites have gone out. I reckon if you don't want readings, don't have them!! We're only having 2 as we really like them so if you don't, then don't! I've been to a couple of weddings without readings and can't say they are missed. x

They are his guests and I don't have their addresses, I might have to go through his Facebook and message them. I think he's stressed but doesn't accept stress well!No longer using this account for new posts from 20130

all outfits for me and bridesmaids are complete, just had the undies to think about, but one bridesmaid bought me a lovely bodysuit from george asda, we did look for it here in bristol but there were none around, she said there were some in dorset and got one in my size and sent it to me, and it fits
just the mens suits, order the cake nearer the time, get the patio sorted and buffet food phew0 -

After much deliberation, we finally decided on favours for the day guests :j
We met with the photographer last weekend and paid our deposit-they seem really nice and their work looks great. Another check off the list
I am trying really hard to get into my dress. I tried it on 2 weeks ago and actually managed to get it on but it's still tight around the middle area and it all bunched up because the of the boning in the dress  I can't zip it up all the way yet either but I am determined to get into it!!
Next thing is the cake....I have a lovely friend who is doing this as her present to us so she needs ideas asap
I hope I haven't forgotten anything....I just hope the groom turns up on the day :rotfl:
Oh I shouldn't joke about things like that..............SPC 9 # 5360
