wow what a few days i have had.
Bridesmaids here Tuesday and we hit town like a tornado.
BHS big sale on with their wedding stuff.
Both bridesmaids got their dresses £25, one had a broken zip so got it for £15 she can get it fixed no problem, and they got matching shoes too, i was in the hairdressers at the time for an emergency hair cut (job interview this morning) so i expected them to take ages, they were back with me within 30mins.
went back to bhs and they found me some ballet shoes £20 down to just under £6
Also Ann Harvey stores are no longer Ann Harvey and do all kinds of stuff but will close Wednesday, got a cashmere jumper for £10, in fact got trousers too for £10 so my interview clothes for today cost £20.
To top off my wedding dress we got a bolero from Ann Harvey for yes £10, but it didn't look right with the dress on and we took it back, bridesmaid got it so she just exchanged for things for her, we decided i needed a shawl, wandered in Peacocks and saw one we needed for 50p.
So my outfit is sorted, the bridesmaids are sorted, was an amazing few days, just need wedding undies and I'll be done.
So that's BHS, Ann Harvey that have mass sales on, Peacocks if they are still open today.0 -

Oh gosh.
I'm falling apart over here.
I emailed the caterer to say we hadn't signed anything, and she replied saying she's let the date go to someone else!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
We've managed to possibly sort soething with her though, and we have a reserve (possibly) in place. We shall be spending our weekend sorting that out!!! ARGH!
Not started printing the invitations yet.
I have a feeling I don't fit in my dress.
No wine ordered.
No bridesmaids dresses.
No suit organised.
No idea about ties etc for the bridal party.
Not even started thinking about hair / makeup etc.

*Big hug* I think if I was in your shoes I'd be freaking out big time! Well done for being a lot cooler than me.
First up, hair & make up can wait a little longer, I haven't sorted mine at all either! Sort things out with your caterer (getting a nice discount for the hassle) & look around for suits/dresses, it'll all be fine just keep calm

Ladies I need your help!
I was planning on doing two kinds of favours...A candy buffet & seeds in cute little bottles with cork lids, but I ordered a pack of seeds today & it won't even fill one of the bottles!! The bottles are tiny so I can't go any smaller on that front, plus I have bought all 100 now....so can anyone recommend any large yet cheap seeds I can fill these with? I'd prefer a flowering plant to anything else but I'm getting desperate now!!
£7 to fill one bottle is WAY out of my price range, I had budgeted about £1 per favour, & the bottles were about 13p so ideally to fill a bottle I need it to be about £1 still...:money: HELP!:idea:Debt at July 2012: £12,862.57
