I am going to send out our day invites this week.. isnt it funny how one min we have ages..and then it s like aaagh!!

hope they all hurry back with rsvp s so i can confirm day numbers for the meal

Becca your hair looks amazing! I'm the same as Yargo & don't really know what I'm doing with mine...argh! Probably down in some kind of curly style as I almost always have my hair down so would feel strange having it up!

Wow Becca, I love your hair and your veil... Both are very pretty! I'm still collecting ideas about how to have my hair on Pinterest and I think I've found another person to do my hair and make up (not as MSE but still, cheaper than some, I just need to book her!)

Also I've found out that my dress is due in the shop in a month! Eeeeeek! And my dress fitting will be in mid-April - a year after I paid the deposit for it! :T:T

I'm off home for a few days tomorrow and I hope that I do not see my sister... I just can't be bothered with all the arguments

Ooooh, on a plus side, I saw one of my lovely bridesmaids at the weekend; it was lovely to catch up with her and it sounds like she knows what she's doing for my hen night. :j

One of my bm popped in yesterday (she lives a few hours away)
we went through my list.

came to the conclusion.. i have long thick (very thick hair)
it will be pinned up with bits hanging down.
my dilemma is do i have a perm now, which gets me a haircut etc done, perm will be settled and softened by June, and lots of curls to hang down...
or just a trim (lots of dead ends and no layers in now as grown out) and rely on curling rods etc on the day, my bm's will be doing the hair, and makeup, which will be minimal as i dont usually do make up.

She is back next week for an over night where we are going bm dress shopping and shoe shopping.. and my wedding dress gets chopped up.. (a light in the box made to measure dress - which doesn't quite fit right in the right places) thank god she is a brilliant seamstress.

Got the evening invites to sort out next, with a bag of confetti to pour into the invites so when they open them up.....

bm is buying the button holes and bouquet, got DS his shoes today, supposed to be for work but i said dont scuff them

I havent posted on here in a while but the wedding is getting soo close now with still lots to do. (04.06.12)
last of the evening invites are going out today yay, never want to see another invite in my life lol.

I have finished my wedding shoes at last and just finishing decorating my mirror plates.

Becca your hair looks amazing again i have no idea as we are getting married in greece so depends on heat humidity ect will have to trial it one day over there i think.

everyone has such beautiful dresses and hair dos, getting very excited now x x

Seems like we are all getting on with things!! I love my hair...it took 1 hour (I have shocking hair!!)

I'm hoping that my Aunt will do my hair for me, it shouldn't take long, it's short so just needs some volume.

We've ordered our buttonholes so now I just have to find a small bouquet and hair slides to match

Sounds lovely Gem! What flowers are you having for buttonholes? Do you have any idea of what you'd like for your bouquet.

Today has been an amazing day... went into the dress shop unannounced and got to see & try on my bm dresses AND see one of them next to me in my dress very happy this afternoon. Also my littlest bm is 5 and I brought a dress of eBay at 3.49 incl p&p brand new with tags from Debenhams... tried it on her today and it fits perfectly! Here is a sneak peek of me and my sis:

Looks gorgeous Becca! The buttonholes are ivory roses with lilac ribbon, little bit of crystal, don't have a pic but they are lovely. So just me and bridesmaid's to find now
