I think the xbox 360 now is gonna take balls of steel. As it's not an overcharge. Tesco are wrong but we need to know if HO will back you.
I would go to a Tesco that you dont normally shop in as this will raise your profile.0 -

Can someone please confirm that I can buy clothing for the £40 spend?
Officially the £40 spend excludes the following : tobacco products, lottery tickets, fuel, phones, cafe, medicines, gift vouchers and bizarrely infant formula milk.
Clothes are absolutely fine.0 -

I got one this morning only to find that Pro Evo in store was priced with a 39.96 SEL... so no case of misrepresenting the saving...
I got a refund...
Also tried a mobile R&R too... but again on the Samsung E370 the £20 multisaver popped up to the checkout op.... this does kinda catch them by surprise and could be missed.... I think you just have to be lucky now.
I got a refund on the phone too, but luckily did get the full price back... so at least thats £20 extra!
I'd be amazed if the stores don't replace any £37.96 SEL's, even if they don't though and do it subsequently it is your word against there, how can you prove that... on a certain day, at a certain store at a certain time the Pro Evo SEL was the lower priced one.
If anyone had a photo of the Pro Evo SEL at the lower price what stopping anyone sharing it around?.... they would soon cotton onto that I think.
Clearly I am just !!!!!! at this R&R stuff... it's far easier robbing grannies
You were fobbed off on the x-box
the price for the game is £37.xx, if you had put it through the scanner you would have found this out- also there is a poster that also shows the game is £37.xx, it is just the SELS that say £39.xx.
It is an overcharge, if you were supposed to save £19.xx for buying as a bundle as against buying the items individually (as stated on the box) then the price should be £277.xx.
I can confirm that these must be wrong and r&r's are being given on these, as these stands are starting to be removed from stores.
Grab them while you can !0 -

E370 isn't one of the phones that work
if you want an r&r on a phone you need to get a Pebl, Nokia 6111 or Ericson 750i or one of the razr--- all on Tesco PAYG0 -

Could you say maybe do one shop buying the game and console seperately, and then immediately after purchase one of the bundles, then show CS the receipt from the seperate purchase showing a lower price than that of the one for the bundle, get an RNR on the bundle and then return the seperate game and console to a different store?TESCO EVERY LITTLE change to the t&cs HELPS0 -
