Sorrry can't do that I was under commision by a production company at the time and signed over rights to them so unable to do so, but you may get to see it yet as I am informed it has not been shelved.

it will come, don't rely on what you spot on here, I can't stress how important it is to look for your own !!, some of my biggest r&r's have come from my own time spent scouring the shelves for mistakes.

Anyone who has or intends to buy the X-Box as displayed by the new promotional packaging, will be overcharged by £2.xx and as such Tesco are liable to pay up under their "if things don't add up policy" They are also breaking the law anyway for this misleading packaging and are liable for an unlimited fine

I have photographs of the packets and it clearly states that you save "£19.96" by buying the bundle- you do not ! if you did- you would be charged £277.xx Therefore you have been overcharged !

To buy the game and the console seperately it would cost £297

    Guys- This an overcharge !

Tesco cannot use the defence that they cannot be held responsible because they have lowered the price of the game, they need to either remove any reference of saving £19.xx or raise the price of the game (and remove the posters displaying the lower £37.xx price)

    Clear r&r

    Stand your ground

The more people who do this and claim their right to a r&r on this the better, Tesco must reimburse anyone and pull this promotion ASAP

    or risk an unlimited fine

Good advice, but what do you do if you're on your own - you'd have to leave a trolley of paid-for shopping which someone could walk off with?

Also, if the CS person tells you to stay at CS, how strongly do you insist, bearing in mind it could mark you out as a seasoned R&Rer?

I left my trolley full of shopping while I escorted C/S person to the offending SEL. I asked the security guard to watch it for me. He said "Yeah ok luv" & smiled.
Becoming an R&Rer makes you a cheeky s*d!:rotfl:

I thought I had got a pink Nokia this evening. The cashier scanned everything and I glanced at the total and saw the discount hadn't come off.
I'm there clutching the cash in my sticky mitt trying to pay and run.
Cashier is busy staring at her screen and tapping it.
Then the discount appears and she asks me for the reduced amount.

When I checked receipt, she has had to enter a charge of 1p for it then to discount £20.01.

Another trip to Tesco tomorrow to get my money back. With any luck, they might not notice the discount.:rotfl:

ditto, although had shoved cash into her hand and made I'm in a hurry noises.
Twice denied on this one now. Took phone back with excuse that I thought it was grey but can now see it's pink (what must the cs be thinking at this point?), she was on the ball so pointed out that I was due the reduced amount back so as to retain some sort of credibility.

    Back in the saddle tomorrow.

Wlf, I've tried 3 times now, & it's no go. Told friend, she's tried twice, got no joy either! You must have the golden touch, mate.;)
