I dont see how they can react badly to a witness being there, I can well imagine my meeting wouldnt be with the Manager alone, the security guard or the CS manager would probably be there too, I dont wanna feel outnumbered!

And it wouldnt be solicitor I took with me, I'm in the R&R business to save money!!

When the store manager had my mate in the office (ooo errr) the store manager had a security guard in there with him. He said he was made to feel like a criminal and it was very intimidating.

Quite agree. But then I am not advertising an incorrect saving.

Chris, Maybe as suggested hold it in the cafe and we could all have tea there as support, then we could all get an R&R to make the trip worthwhile!

Oh and don't forget to ask permission before you enter his store! lol

Obviously can't predict the future, but when I have seen these kind of meetings before the SM has always been alone.
