Nokia Pink 6111, r&r given today after a phone call to the store manager - the weekend staff had declined my request.
He informed me that their store policy is to offer the customer the £20 refund but if the customer mentions the information on the sign then they will be given the r&r. This is the first time I have had to draw CS attention to their sign, my 6 previous r&r's were given without me asking at four different stores. Thanks to all posters.:hello:0 -

my local store here has got a piece of cardboard tapped over the picture of the game so theres a mistake for sure, why hide it lol0 -
Hi all, when is the best time to shop? I thought that Sunday morning would be good but I was horrified at the queues at the CS desks and the large amount of family members in store.
Is it better to go when it is busier or more quiet?:hello:0 -

With all this talk about Tesco Mobiles I just thought I would let you know that at long last someone has come up with a Geographic No. for contacting Tescomobile CS instead of the 0870 one. You will find the details at:

Hiya
Just wondered today whilst waiting for CS to check price on lamb today. What if CS returns with a different leg of lamb (on this occasion, could be anything though) that was correctly stickered and said, "Here take this one instead". So they basically swap your goods and give no r&r.
Would/could this happen and where do you stand, plus whats your argument for keeping the item you choose, rather than the one they offer you?0 -
