Read about that clip today 'Taken. Those others you posted a few pages back were very good. Gotta be some pretty red faces in Leeds right now. Its hard enough to get GA's to wear a name badge anyway, the chances of them all having one and readable are pretty remote

The only recent one with thanks on it is in fact post #866 which is more sarcastic than helpful.

You previously mentioned tape-recording your forthcoming meeting.

It is not illegal for individuals to tape conversations providing the recording is for their own use, under the Regulation of Investigatory Powers Act 2000 (RIPA).

It is a civil, not criminal, matter if a conversation or e-mail has been recorded and shared unlawfully.

If a person intends to make the conversation available to a third party, they must first obtain the consent of the person being recorded.

However the rules are different for companies, it is illegal for them to record conversations without telling you.

Just bad luck I'm afraid- I think the discount has only be activated once for me, I immediately asked for a refund and was kindly refunded the full price for the phone.
you take back the £40 worth of items and give it another go, i've returned the £40 of goods everytime, but then I usually only buy 1 item for £40 or more (less to return)
