I won't give away the location or the poster, but I had a very spooky experience tonight !, I was at the CS desk in a Tesco store getting an r&r on a phone and next to me was this tallish bloke getting an r&r on an X-Box 360 bundle(The cheek of it) well done that person!.

I am pleased to find out he is a fellow MSE 'ER

Just goes to show that there is an r&r possible in this new promotion !!- thats at least 5 up until now (that I know about) I suspect a few more tomorrow (actually today) !

Dont they actually check POS stuff before getting these things made up?

I'm so pleased to see people getting Xboxes again, I didnt think we would see another console problem for a long time after the last fiasco, Boy did I underestimate the stupidity of the marketing chimps!

Maybe we could R&R some calculators and send them to head office or something, why bother having an "if things dont add up" policy if they cant do simple maths???

i really want to do the r&r on the xbox360. how hard has this been to explain the the CS people? i v rarely do r&r and find it a tad hard when Cs are a bit difficult
