No posts from Clasics and MyUserNamesTaken? :lipsrseal :silenced:

I wonder why.

Since Amishi  posted the above we have heard nothing from Clasics (Are you OK mate) and only a little from MyUserNamesTaken.

Amishi is clearly using information from this thread to identify, trace and spook MSE’s R&Rers.

We do not want to make his job any easier by posting information that is going to assist him or Tesco’s in identifying you and sending you a banning letter. Therefore here are 10 Golden Rules to follow.

    1. On MSE, don’t have a user name that can in any way identify you.
    2. In your profile, don’t identify your correct location.
    3. In your posts, don’t refer to particular stores, if they are ones you use to R&R. (If you have got R&R there on an item, the chances are the price will be removed, therefore it will not help anyone else at that store).
    4. Don’t use your Clubcard. (It’s not worth it for the few extra points that Tesco will probably deduct later anyway)
    5. Pay Cash.
    6. Don’t ever refer to R&R or the phrase Refund and Retain, point out to them their Policy displayed on the big blue board behind them.
    7. Use an alias name if asked by the store or HO, there is no good or legal reason why they need to know it. As far as the address goes, the same applies, or you could say that you are in between addresses and are therefore of “No fixed abode”.
    8. If the CS or Managers refuse a genuine R&R, keep the goods and phone HO informing them of the breach of their company policy. (Consider mentioning Trading Standards, as a breach of their stated Policy is contrary to consumer law) HO will usually phone the store and then call you back and ask you to return to the store for your R&R.
    9. If you need to give HO a phone number so that they can call you back, give them a mobile number that is not linked to your Clubcard. (With all the mobiles we have R&R’d recently, you can take your pick).
    10. If HO or a manager have been involved in your R&R, avoid R&R’s at that store for a suitable time period. Especially if it has been a big R&R.

I am into the 'duck' series when it comes to names and addresses:

    Donald Mallard
    William Drake
    Percy Gooseacre
    Colin Daffy
    Mike Mandarin
    Edward Eggmont

I don't know why, I was suddenly overcome by voices the first time I was asked.

    Pond Lane
    Ducksville Terrace
    Eggerly Gardens
    Duckling Heights

Got 3 of the New Driver Kits, £7.97 on the SEL, £7.94 on the box.
Bad tempered Badger on CS tried to refund me 9p, 'shouted this is not right !'
'why are you ignoring Tesco's own policy for illegal overcharging'. Badger went pink, Snooty woman then started on Badger for having to wait to be seen.
Comic scene, Badger refunded all my money very quickly.

Didn't want the New Driver Kits, was trying for a Golden R&R (failed :-( )
will probably throw them away, what do you do with R&R'd stuff you don't want ?

Hi guys can you help with a little info on the £20 off The Mobile Phones R&R, as like a lot of the bigger Tesco stores the entertainment section has its own payment/cs section where you pay and collect your goods, this is obviously different from the main check out!

so my question is where do you actually pay for the phone i.e. do you pay and collect before checking out your main shop hence not triggering the obvious discount or do you put the empty dummy box (for the phone) on with your main shopping through the main checkout and how do they process it!

Sorry for sounding a bit thick but I want to be 100%

 why not drop them into your local charity shop rather than throw them away.

Too many Christian dogooders in charity shops.

Don't want them to think new goods are nicked and therefore run the risk of Police interest.
