The problem is after you claim an R&R the chances are the offending SEL, POS etc will be removed....

I am deeply sorry if I offended any German nationals currently living in the UK and shopping at Tescos.

PS But I didn't start it, they did when they invaded Poland0 -

Was in the Pollock store tonight buying some stuff and had a good look for yellow SEL's quick look at the meat section but couldn't spot a thing.... either i'm rubbish at this R&R game or the peeps there are on the ball with pricing.
I think they had a Rowenta Iron 29.97 down to £14 sommit with a yellow sel dated 31/10/06 (i think) ... don't know if it would go through at full price and i don't need an iron so didn't try. Would this have been my first R&R had i taken it ?
Maybe one day i'll find one ... :-(
Went through at £14.xx for me yesterday. Abort Abort.
Keep trying you'll find one very soon0 -
Has anyone else spotted the new cardboard octagan shaped display units that Tesco are now using to display the PS2's, PSP, X-box's etc? If anyone doesn't know what I mean there is one in Cross Point Coventry in the first aisle.
Anyway. It states on the actual unit which is cardboard that PS2's are 97.xx and shows a picture of a black one (they scan 94.xx). The Silver ones which scan at 99.xx are not mentioned, but it is VERY non specific. I'm sure you could argue that it doesn't mention a colour and hence the offer applies to both.
Thought it might be worth a go....0 -

yes but the problem with that offer, is that you have to scan in the octagon box at the checkout, then take the box to CS for collection, you dont take a console box and the game seperatly.(no measure for error) ,,,,,,unless anyone knows better?0 -
yes, but there are packs which are just console only (no game)and there is still the main display in the game aisle, where they are still selling the consoles using the DVD case format. These may also differ in price.0
