hi does anyone here know for sure if looking for an r+r is illegal?
some say its fraud some might say its deception. on most grounds it is probably immoral but is there a legality to say its stealing?

Nope - there are definitely console only packs. I picked one up and scanned it.

i have been reading the misprice thread and noticed quite a few people are getting r & r on mobile phones,i am desperate for a new mobile as mine keeps switching is self off even when the battery is fully charged.i dont normally shop at tesco so i have read the details but am still a bit unsure of what i need to do.
is the phone misprice in all stores?
what do i need to look for ?
i dont care what phone it is but i need one that will be pretty easy to spot a misprice on
if they do go through at correct price can i return them because i cant afford pull out for a new one just yet

Yes- but you do this by taking the octagonal box to the checkout

small R&R yesterday and a very nice bit of after sales service :rotfl:
