If so, what did you get back? PM me if you prefer!
I made a DPA request with a view to seeking damages for defamation of character and still haven't heard anything - next week the 40 days are up and I'll have to file a complaint with the Information Commissioner as they'll be in breach of the law.
(Big thanks to ampersand, by the way, for the info you sent me about the DPA in a PM a while ago... I forgot to thank you at the time)0 -
in America, out there if you get caught overpricing you get charged $100 per item by weights and measures, if you have the equivalent 'if things don't add up policy' they halve that fine to $50.
[QUOTE=Bookworm63
I understand from previous posts on this forum that UK fines on overpricing are substantially higher than in the US (£1K+) but not sure if it is reduced by offering this Price Promice:
My highlighting - definitely A Stateside BOGOF.

For anyone who is wanting console games for Christmas and hasn't had any luck with R&Rs, Gamestation are doing a BOGOF offer at the moment which might be of interest:

Sir Terry doesn't know he sells these. He'll put a stop to it at once.
Then, 'restricted to 6 food items' will be Cutting Edge policy.CAP[UK]for FREE EXPERT DEBT &BUDGET HELP:

Anyway, regardless of the facial recognition, tying up the clubcard to the security system in that way ISNT what the clubcard is there for is it?
I'm sure most people signing up for clubcard are not aware that it can be used to alert security guards at other stores as to if you have had a refund in another store!
And for that matter, why are security guards allowed to review what I've bought on my clubcard??
This is particularly alarming and cannot be right. No input from constantine and spa2k is on ouzo break.
Could either of you comment please?CAP[UK]for FREE EXPERT DEBT &BUDGET HELP:

its probably already been said as I have two pages to read yet... so someone just nudge me and raise your eyebrows... but why on earth would someone who knew it was a given that it would be a R & R use a staff discount card anyway?0 -

I think the mods had been discussing this for a while, and were sick of the off topic discussions, and the word was that they decided as soon as Constantine posted that "he had Pm'ed someone", they would move it.............big lolCouponing....."every little hurts"
