Am I correct in thinking that now ALL xbox 360 games now scan correctly? Is this some sort of national co-ordination between all tesco stores? Secondly my local tesco has their games in a large plastic box container things preventing me from using the self scanner. Anyone else with this problem? Do you self scan before you buy or wait to find the incorrect price at the till?

    thanks
    Ian

Your best bet is to keep up to date with this thread and if you see a game that you think is mispriced then go for it, if it goes through at the lower price just say I must have picked up the wrong one and they'll void it off your shopping. As for scanning items on the price checkers they are a good but make sure you don't get seen doing it right before r&ring.

Maybe we should organise international R+R exchange visits. I wonder what kind of fun Alana would have with Mr T ???

Forgot to say, another thing the security guy said to me in the meeting was that they had watched me go straight from the checkout to the CS desk, thus showing to them that I knew I had been overcharged!!

    Er yeah?

The CS desk is on the way out, I checked the receipt after paying and I have to walk past the CS desk on the way out, what am I supposed to do? walk around the shop for a bit? go for drive?

Chris if you haven't already done so I would request a data search from Tesco in your position stating you have reason to believe unauthorised information my be stored as a result of the conversation that took place, if you have already requested your search then you should contact them to extend to cover the period including your "interview" I think your in for a shock when you get it.

I think I will be requesting a data search after the meeting, just to see exactly what they have on me, have you done this then?

If so, what did you get back? PM me if you prefer!

I agree Little John, more annoyed they have taken it to sky, and no longer available through freeview. )

Was your Freeview bought on one of last week's misprices?
Have you returned it as Unfit For Purpose?

Im pretty sure most stores are up to date on the XBOX 360 games. I had a few on monday and tuesday but every store i go to now seem to have either removed the SEL or corrected them. Even the promo boxes have no prices on them.

Managed to get my first X-Box game yesterday, Splinter Cell, so thanks to the OP.

For anyone who is wanting console games for Christmas and hasn't had any luck with R&Rs, Gamestation are doing a BOGOF offer at the moment which might be of interest:
