No wonder it was all quiet in my inbox, I thought you guys had fallen off the band waggon but no-I just forgot to subscribe to the thread!!

I've caved and given in to the slimming pills. In my defence they are supposed to be used before a workout to build muscle and they do work. I've used them before and lost loads of weight, they have a bit of caffeine in them so I end up running around the house cleaning all day! I need something desperately to get my !!!! off this chair and go running-the marathon is 14weeks away and I cant even run a mile. So I NEED them, it'll be like a rocket has been shoved up my Ar$£! So looking forward to Friday when they arrive...

    Morning All,

name / weight / total lost / intended loss / pounds lost in 2011 / weigh in report / BMI / left to lose
    wynnvegas / 12st8Ibs / -41lbs / 49Ibs / 1 / Daily / 23.99 / 8lbs

Already more like it. This morning, dropped a pound to get to the excellent (in relative terms) figure of 23.99. Found a calorie counter on the iphone so I can get good and obsessive. I'm allegedly allowed 1510 calories a day to hit my goal of losing 1 and a half pounds a week. Burned 400 calories yesterday and consumed a grand total of 1,385 which gives me a total calorie intake of 924 for the day.

Already managed 147 calories this morning and breakfast was 272 (quaker oats and semi-skimmed milk). I'll get back to 0 with my lunchtime walk and hopefully be able to report another pound gone by tomorrow.

    Cheers,

    Billy

Dont worry Dansmum, like I said, I've used them before and they're pretty safe. They get loads of great reviews all all the ingredients are natural ect. I really need to do something and as soon as I see im loosing weight my brain will click into gear and I'll start to feel good about myself.

Yep, Im running the London Marathon on April 17th-on my 25th birthday!!! I keep meaning to set up a Just Giving page...*goes off to do it now*

Nat, if you don't mind would you put the Just Giving link on here. I would love to donate.
