Jock_Tight / 14 Ibs to lose in next couple of months / None as just started.

I'm looking to tone up a bit so might not necessarily lose a total of 14 pounds as will be putting muscle back on. I do weights 2-3 times a week but nearly broke my wrist in a fall just before Xmas. Wrist was badly strained so no bar/dumbell work for me over the past 4 weeks.

Luckily only put a few pounds on over xmas :p

44 lbs!, it doesn't look like you need to lose any weight going by your avatar pic. :)

Can I please join as I need to get my !!!! in gear to lose some weight.

Want to lose 2.5stone (34lbs) - starting with new weigh in tomorrow morning and starting a new Zumba class tomorrow night for exercising. Hopefully if I have to state my losses or gains on here I will be able to put my mind to it like I have previously.

Deceptive piccie hun although i can see what you are saying. That is about 3 years ago, and i wasn't much lighter but a lot thinner then. I am not about to change it for a less flattering one though.

I am currently 13stone 2 and very apple shaped which is not good at all. I want to get to 10 stone, which i haven't seen in about 8 years i reckon.

My arms are still quite buff from carrying little ones around, but i need to make some jeans fit or buy new ones.

A positive attitude may not solve all your problems, but it will annoy enough people to make it worth the effort
