I am going to join in again, hopefully I will do a little better this year. I weighed myself this morning and was 3 lbs lighter than when I last weighed before Christmas which could be good. Not sure it is a true weight as I have been ill and not eating so much, will weigh again soon to see how it is. I might change my weigh in day too, I am never good at the weekend so I am setting myself up for a fall if I pick Monday again.
I got engaged on the 1st and we are currently looking at getting married this year if we can get booked up so I will definately need to try and keep on track.MFW 2025 No. 7 £2331.07/£2700

A positive attitude may not solve all your problems, but it will annoy enough people to make it worth the effort
