Someone has stolen my identity.................................. No I'm having this as I've lost 3 stone in the space of a few posts
...........................
hehe radish - one perk of identity theft! :rotfl:
cant remember if I posted before ....
start wt 9st 10lb ...(this is actually up a bit from I think what I put before....all this chocolate decluttering you see...;) )
goal wt 9stone
will weigh on a monday (tho that could make it a more depressing start to the week! :rotfl:)
just a few more boxes of xmas chocolates and then the temptation will be gone.....
would be satisfied just with getting back into a healthy eating and exercise routine and toning up !
to those re: eating regularly , I have found little (or at least "smaller than usual") and often thru the day works well - that way I dont find I am starving and grabbing for the first thing I can think of ....0 -
I am on day 4 of the new weight watchers plan and it seems to be good so far. I really haven't been hungry but it is early days. My weigh in is on Friday but I am away from London so my first weigh in will be after two weeks. I think my current enthusiasm will keep me going for the next ten days. I am finding that 6 little meals and loads of fruit and veg is working well.
I do hope that i can do it this time. I am following Taka's advice and taking it in 7lb lumps, a mere fifteen of those to go!0 -

Had a blip on the detox diet today. All the electrics blew in the kitchen and I had to wait for DH to get home as I couldn't work out how to fix it so no oven/microwave to prepare our meal so we just had to get a takeaway or we would have starved:o
We are both feeling really good on the detox so will be starting again tomorrow.Save £10,500 - £2673.77 - 25.5%

Well done everyone totally agree you had to eat something Xspender.
Still doing well here, BodyPump was hard after 2 1/2 months absence nearly did not get in as we did not realise it was the launch one and you had to book. Doing the MelB thingy again tonight then Pilates Friday.
I find that 2 tsp of Hummus, two carrots and a whole meal pita fills me up completely for lunch. Would never had thought that possible before same with breakfast I eat the same as I did before but have cut out the two biscuits with my tea first thing and the snack at 11am. (Work from home so easily bored.)
Do still crave chocolate in the evenings and did have a glass of rose last night but it tasted nice and it was only 1 glass.Save £12k in 25 No 49

Morning All,
wynnvegas / 12st9Ib / -40lb / 49Ibs / 0 / Daily / BMI 24.13
After weighing myself on the Wii Fit today and up a little bit to 24.13 from 24.08 (after a nice baked tattie with beans and cheese for dinner yesterday), the only way this will work for me is if I go back to my old habit of weighing and reporting daily. The weekly weigh in confuses my brain into thinking that a chocolate bar today will be worked off tomorrow whereas I should get myself into the mindset of not horse trading my calorie intake. As such, I'll kick off my daily update schedule from today (24.13) and hope to break through that 24 barrier by the end of the week.
Cheers,

I weigh in every day too, but only report once a week as it feels like a bigger achievement!
Still need to colour the first squares in on my chart, I want a suitably brightly coloured pen to make it more satisfying than the pencil I found last night.Debt January 1st 2018 £96,999.81Met NIM 23/06/2008

Can I rejoin please - I briefly joined last year and then gave up. I joined SW online when OH was working away but gave that up because there was no one to make sure I weighed... I'm useless without the 'pressure' of a class - so joined teh local SW group yesterday now that he's not working. I've put on loads over Xmas - I was determined to join SW this week, so thinkj I made teh most of the Xmas period!
Ideally I'd like to lose 4 stone exactly (hah!!) but would be more than happy with 2 - but wll have an interim goal of 7lbs at a time, or I get a bit stressy about it and give up! (I said I was useless.....)
I have no weight loss to report, having only started SW todayMy birthday is in 8 weeks and I'd like to have lost a stone by then (I usually get to about the stone mark and get boredd, mess about and put it back on...)
