The Mortgage Free Weight Loss Challenge Part Deux - Slimmer than ever!

Hi DansMum
I was a sporadic contributor to the last MFW weight-loss thread, but so far, haven't carried forward to this one.
Although I am now mortgage-free (well, the account is down to £1), I recognise so many of the names on here from other people's diaries that I'd like to join in again for 2011, can you assign me a number and add me to the list???
I have major surgery looming at the end of February and would like to loose some blubber before then in order to make the surgeon's job easier..
Currently, my vital statistics are as follows:
name / starting weight / target weight / weigh in day / loss this week/ total loss to date
Queen-Bee / 13st / 10st / Thursday / 0 / 0
I am a member of Slimming World, so anyone out there who's also on the plan, please get in touch!!

Not stuck to the detox 100% but still managed to lose 2lb (phew:)) this week. Will be going back to more normal eating next week but my friend has got me a free pass to her gym so I am going to try Zumba for the first time. I hope my dodgy back is up to all the jumping about.
I am hoping to lose another lb this week.Save £10,500 - £2673.77 - 25.5%

Bad news here after loosing 3.6 kilo (8 pounds) I have put back on 300 grams (ok its less than a ld) really annoying. I have been bad with eating sweets and drinking juice (watered down) & rose. Biggests downfall was Saturday night MS at a restaurant and had to have 3 courses plus coffee and ofcourse I had to have some wine. Will be good this week and go to the gym twice. Hope you all had a good weekend.

Back on the wagon today after a bit of a blowout yesterday. Family visiting with juice, sandwiches, cakes and such all over the shop (well, it's rude to keep saying no!) doesn't fit well with a diet. The net result is that I'm away back up a pound today. Still, the plan is a salad for lunch and soup for dinner and then for the pound to magically disappear between now and tomorrow morning.
Cheers,

Another 3.2lbs lost this week. Chuffed to bits with that. Walk on Saturday didn't happen - grandma passed away Saturday morning so spent the weekend with family. Continueing my scheme of having a day off from the diet each week, yesterday I made a jam roly poly with homemade jam for all the family (good comfort food for grandad) although I did only have a half piece (alright, with a large scoop of ben and jerries on the side). Always been a bit nervous of making steamed puddings but it went quite well. Although the oven tripped out 4 times during cooking so I'm staggered it wasn't a complete disaster.

Yesterday I just wanted to eat the whole tub of ice cream (but I didn't, I 'shared' with hubby - ie he had ice cream and I had two spoons of his), today though I have no drive to eat at all. Have an Innocent moussaka looking at me (which I love) but I just don't want to. Think this is some perverse grief reaction.Debt January 1st 2018 £96,999.81Met NIM 23/06/2008
