At least it's not going upwards I suppose. For anyone with an i-whatever, I'm using an app called TrueWeight (there's a Lite free version, which is what I've got) - you weigh yourself every morning and it smooths out the daily fluctuations to show you the general trend of your weight loss (or gain). It reckons I'm still going in the right direction anyway0 -
*whispers* why is my weight going back up?! Being good, still sticking to the diet 95% of the time, body is rebelling though.Debt January 1st 2018 £96,999.81Met NIM 23/06/2008

I'm so not impressed with myself as i have managed to put 5 pounds on this week, mainly by being an absolute glutton over the weekend. I knew it would be bad before i stepped on the scales, but not that horrific.
This is the point where i would normally slink away, but as i am not going to change by doing that i can only try to do better this week.

Perhaps i just need to borrow some of DHs gaffa tape and put it over my mouth to stop me eating. My stomach is currently complaining at me, when it had a healthy and normal size portion of porridge at 7:30. It can continue to whine as it needs to get some discipline.0 -

Not lost a thing last week, maybe because we have stopped the detox and gone back to normal food although eating lots of veggies and not much carp.(She says eating crisps while typing this and about to eat a bit of HM coffee cake:o).
Booked the gym with my friend this week which I was supposed to do last week and ned to get off my bum for at least half an hout twice this week.Save £10,500 - £2673.77 - 25.5%

I am consoling myself by reminding myself that I was aiming for 1-1.5lbs a week and as this is only day 15 I'm ahead.
Utterly wierd food today - lunch is banana and half a tin of low fat custard, and an apple. Dinner is chicken risotto made with a frozen homemade chicken soup I found and hopefully some mushrooms and onions from the fridge... roll on payday!Debt January 1st 2018 £96,999.81Met NIM 23/06/2008

Big fat zero for me this week, but mustn't give up
Think last weeks results was a bit of a fib, as I hadn't eaten any tea the night before I weighed myself. So I'm telling myself that last week was 2 and this week is really 1Mortgage Aug 12 £165K, Aug 19 £0
